I visited Cycle King Luton to make some adjustments to my daughter’s bike, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly helpful - they quickly removed the side wheels, fixed the handle, and adjusted the seat height, all without charging me a penny! On top of that, they even let me pump the tires for free. It’s rare to find such friendly and generous service these days, and I’m so grateful for their help. I highly recommend Cycle King Luton to anyone in need of bike repairs or adjustments. They also have amazing bike collection. They truly go above and beyond!

Visited today 25/04/24 as had an issue with my sons wheel. Needed the cog removed as we were changing the axle and bearings. The guys in there were very helpful and talked us through step by step. Will definitely be back for a new e-bike in May. Thank you again, you’ll probably see me again very soon.

Today I’ve been to Luton Branch ( Dunstable Road ) to get my son’s bike checked. It’s not been used for years but still in a very good condition. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They did a great job and I highly recommend this branch.

Wonderful chap. Got let down by a main high street retailer and decided to choose a small independent. Should have found this man a long time ago such character. Very helpful, had the rim and tyre I needed luckily. But no doubt he would source exactly what you needed. Price was good for those who value that. Fitted for me when I asked no problems. Got to pet his dogs while I waited. Cant recommend enough. Years of knowledge there.

Excellent bike shop. Have had to visit multiples times and received quality service on every occasion. Helpful, knowledgeable staff and managed to help sort my pretty pieced up bike back to working condition, with decently priced parts and services too!

Very friendly. Excellent, fast service. Fixed bike while we waited. I recommend this shop!

Brilliant service by the experienced gentlemen. Took my cannondale hybrid this morning which wasn't ridden much in the past few years. Everything was fine tuned to an excellent standard and in very short notice. very happy.

Fantastic place great atmosphere a great professional i recommend such professionals these are rare during these times i recommend to visiting this place.

What can I say. Simply put ‘gold standard customer service’ very experienced and knowledgeable. Fixed my salcano bike that fell apart. Warmly recommend to others.
