I visited Cycle King Luton to make some adjustments to my daughter’s bike, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly helpful - they quickly removed the side wheels, fixed the handle, and adjusted the seat height, all without charging me a penny! On top of that, they even let me pump the tires for free. It’s rare to find such friendly and generous service these days, and I’m so grateful for their help. I highly recommend Cycle King Luton to anyone in need of bike repairs or adjustments. They also have amazing bike collection. They truly go above and beyond!

Visited today 25/04/24 as had an issue with my sons wheel. Needed the cog removed as we were changing the axle and bearings. The guys in there were very helpful and talked us through step by step. Will definitely be back for a new e-bike in May. Thank you again, you’ll probably see me again very soon.

Today I’ve been to Luton Branch ( Dunstable Road ) to get my son’s bike checked. It’s not been used for years but still in a very good condition. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They did a great job and I highly recommend this branch.
