Had a wonderful experience at Banjo Bicycles and specifically with Will who saw me through the whole process of the Cycle to Work scheme. I placed the order on the phone and he kept me up to date through the whole process, which was also surprisingly short! A week from order (with the scheme paper work already authorised) the bike was ready for collection. The fitting process including sag and suspension for the bike was efficient and enthusiastic to mirror my excitement! Wonderful customer experience and highly recommend!

If I could give them 6 stars I would! Bike maintenance required 2hrs before setting off on a ride. The workshop were fully booked today but they managed to squeeze me in saving my ride. Coffee was excellent as well! Top Team down at Banjos. Thank you.

Our experience of purchasing two bikes from the Newbury store was great from start to finish. From the initial advice on the phone, to the collection service offered in-store. I even had assistance with safely packing the bikes into my car. Thank you to Matthew who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The bikes are of excellent quality too.

Have been into the store multiple times this year, and recently purchased a new bike from them following my old bike being written off by a van. Each member of staff, couldn't have been more helpful. They all know their stuff and are happy to assist and answer any questions. The customer service was excellent, will be back soon!

The staff are really helpful and knowledgable. The bike I ordered is great, though that's not surprising as Specialized do make a nice bike. The workshop were really quick and helpful resolving a minor issue I had.

Had my tyres and tubes replaced and really happy with the work, my older ladies cruiser bike rides so much better and also thought the cost was really reasonable. Great friendly service which I recommend to everyone and will be going back for all my family’s future bike maintenance/servicing. So handy to be able to book online.

Excellent service. We gave the Bike supply Drop an old 1970’s tandem to refurbish to use as a vintage wedding transport prop. They did an excellent job! Customer service and communication was exceptional and Lorien was absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended.

Bike Supply drop helped me build the perfect hardtail mountain bike. I was assisted in choosing the correct frame and correct parts to build a bike that suited my needs and budget. I highly recommend them!
