DUNELM NEWBURY REVIEWS

The staff at dunelm Newbury were excellent this week after we had several vouchers for our wedding. They made sure we could order what we wanted by combining all vouchers into one so we could use online. Thanks to Sam, Sarah, Neha and Penny for their time and great customer service.

I absolutely love this store and the fact is you can have a coffee in there lovely cafe. All staff are polite and friendly and nothing is to much trouble if you can't find what your looking for, (Thankyou Connor)! All credit to there customer services.

Shelves are always stocked with an abundance of merchandise, love to browse and Dunelm will delighted because I always leave with more than I planned to.

Kevin was an absolute pleasure and could not do more to help. Very insightful, demonstrated the sleep match machine and advised the right mattress. Very knowledgeable on prices and products. Offered a drink whilst setting up delivery. Amazing customer service. I would recommend Kevin at Dream Newbury to all looking for a new mattress or bed.

Great customer service from the staff, Leo - take a bow. Friendly, polite, gave us our space. On top of that Leo really knew the product and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Really good experience in-store and because of that we won't shop around. We'll definitely be placing our business with Dreams. Thank you.

Went to the Newbury branch yesterday purchase a mattress and spoke to a wonderful sales assistant named Bethany. She made the whole experience a delight. Bethany was very friendly and well informed. Great customer service from Bethany.

Quality Mid Century Furniture . Michael has a consistent high standard of beautiful pieces in his showroom . Of which , many have made it to mine sometimes before he’s even unloaded ! Effortless Delivery and a Pleasure to Deal with . Highly Recommended.

Fantastic shop. Loads of lovely Ercol furniture and brilliant custom service - rang to make an appointment and the furniture I chose was restored by the shop in the way the I requested Highly recommend.

Love this shop! Vintage wood furniture (Ercol, danish), furnished my house from here and got it delivered to NL. The owner refinished several of the pieces. Great service.
