Brilliant shop, well equipped and soooo helpful. I thought it looked a bit small but they actually had a great range of equipment as well as the bikes and a service facility. They swapped over my cleats onto the new cycle shoes I'd bought from them, and gave me a new valve for my inner tube free of charge, when the old one went as I was borrowing their track pump. I was chatting to another couple of customers who said they'd been coming here since their kids' first bikes, purely because of the consistent service. Worth adding that the prices were very competitive too.

I was on an Audax ride, Lejog in 116hrs. I had an issue with my rear tubules tyre, needed more fluid, stopped in on these guys without booking, topped up my fluid while I had a coffee next door, 25 mins later I was back on the road BIG than you to you for getting me to the finish well within the allotted time. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Cycling Lands End to John O'Groats. The rear wheel bearing collapsed. These guys were amazing. Strip the bike wheel down replaced the faulty components and have me back on the road again within the hour. Thank you you are amazing.

Really knowledgeable and friendly staff - came in looking for some obscure vintage parts and was very grateful for the help I got. There's a huge range of 2nd hand bikes and parts, as well as some new items too - an enthusiasts heaven! Prices are extremely reasonable - 3 pedals, 2 kickstands, and a cotter pin cost a grand total of £7. It was also nice to be able to drop off my "donor" bike knowing it would be used rather than just ending up in the landfill. A fantastic shop to have in Perthshire; a far cry from the shiny lycra and carbon fibre filled "box stores" nearby, and all the better for it.

I popped into the shop yesterday after visiting halfords for some bike parts which they couldn't help me with. I got what i needed at a bargain price and found the staff to be helpful. Bike station seam to have an abundance of used parts to rummage through which is great and inexpensive. i got what i needed for £2 which was great! If your looking for anything bike related i'd advise taking a look, its a treasure trove of bike bits at great prices! Well done team.

What a fantastic company! Helpful, charming and hugely experienced. We have used the Bike station on several occasions for new bikes and repairs and have always been impressed with the friendly approach of the staff and the range of bikes on offer! Highly recommended and a big shout out to Big Mark who runs the Bike Station.

Huge thanks to Tomasz & the guys in the bike section. On day 2 of a 600 mile bikepacking trip, I limped in with an unrepairable tyre, which I'd been pumping up with increasing frequency since Kinross. New tyre & sealant in less time than it took me to have a bacon buttie & a coffee. Saved the day (week!), now off to the wilds with confidence! Cheers guys.

Went in expecting the work on my bike to take a day or longer, the gentleman assisting me managed to get it up and running in 30 minutes! Brilliant service, outstanding timing. Highly recommend.

Great selection of outdoor gear, for all activities! Really friendly staff in the cafe, and great coffee. Perfect place to break up the drive to Glencoe.
