Left MB for service not knowing degree of how worn gears were. Got an honest phone call later re wear and what had to be replaced and price to fit. On collecting bike it was explained bike required more than originally explained but was done at no extra cost with some quality used parts. MB runs a dream. What a Rolls Royce service. If you want a job done properly go no where else.

Phoned up and explained I needed a rush job doing they were so helpful and completed work really quickly and to a high standard and I was very very happy with the price. I was given an over the phone estimation without seeing the bike and it was pretty spot on. nice friendly guy that dealt with me so will deffo be using them again.

Brilliant service, highly recommend, bike now rides like new.

We were ably assisted by Alex, the polar opposite of the help we received at a competitor’s shop earlier on. Quite brilliant. He seems to have crammed 30 years of knowledge and experience into his first 20 year ls on the planet - excellent knowledge, lovely manner, a superb asset to the business. Can’t wait to get going with my bike and bits package he put together for me.

Simon and John were very helpful pair. Knowledgeable and put one at ease about the bicycles they were selling. One could test ride a bike before purchase. Plenty of choice from tiny people (toddlers) to pro-riders. Could not give 5 stars due to no bike securing facilities outside the establishment. I would recommend.

My daughterr bought a bike from the Southport store just after Christmas. The service was excellent, in particular John who looked after us. The ability to trial ride the bike before buying was superb. Thank you John and the team we were very impressed.

MECYCLE REVIEWS

Visited MeCycle in July. I had a lovely toasted sandwich and a great cup of tea. Comfy sofa, perfect for working on my laptop, and so handy being close to the train station. Highly recommend.

Tim is an absolute hero among bike going men. Fixed my tyres in 15 minutes. Lovely person to deal with. Staff who are manning the bar are also great, especially becca. Will be back definitely for, if nothing else, the beer on draught. Good vibes all round x.

Quick and efficient service as always from Mecycle with a bike repair for me today. Cafe was busy too and had a nice atmosphere, great to see. Keep up the good work.
