Orders some M O.Bride shoes online for delivery at the Southport Pavers branch. Unfortunately they weren't the right colour for my outfit and I went into the store to return. The staff were brilliant and the refund processed. Great customer service and helpful, friendly staff. Great service.

Lovely Experience Shopping in Pavers This Morning. the Lady Who Served Me and Her Collegue Were Both so Helpful, Honest, Professional and Friendly. I Got the Boots I Wanted and Left the Store a Happy Woman!!! Xx I Was There Around 12.30.

Took my 2 year old in for her feet measuring yesterday. I can’t remember the girls name but she had glasses and was quite young. She was wonderful with my squirmy grumpy toddler and when she went to the back, she brought out the boots we looked at and several pairs from last season on sale. She went above and beyond, saving me money and my little girl is made up with her new boots. I was on the fence about having her measured and sticking with Clark’s shoes but this service has definitely made us return customers.

I took my daughter for her first pair of shoes yesterday. The lady (I think her name was Jenny) was absolutely fantastic with my baby. She was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She really knows how to make kids feel comfortable and we came away so happy. My daughter loves her shoes and so so we.

Excellent fitting service for our little one. Unfortunately the style did not suit her feet and she ended up with a blister. They exchanged the shoes for a different style with absolutely no fuss at all. Wonderful customer service.

Was in several weeks ago and purchased a lovely pair of shoes. The staff member front of till. With dark hair was very helpful and friendly. She even suggested the best comfort and style. However we were approached by a strange weird male customer trying to tell us that, what the female assistant suggested was wrong and that he could suggest an even better pair of shoes. Considering this individual was not an employee for shoezone, this was really really creepy. But Thank you wonderful staff member front of till for shoezone.

What a fantastic store !! I had an order to collect from here and was greeted by very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. The shop is huge with a superb collection of footwear to suit all pockets. Well worth a visit and was surprised by the wide range of famous brand shoes they had to offer. Easy accessible and free parking. Will definitely be returning.

My son went for shoes for a wedding. Found exactly what he wanted at a good price. Always try shoes on there as sizes differ vastly. He takes a size 9 but they were huge. He ended up getting a 7. I bought a up a pair open toe shoes, take 7 but had to get an 8.
