BEYOND BIKES REVIEWS

I hardly ever write online reviews, preferring to keep my privacy. But Beyond Bikes are worth the exception. I've been a customer for 5 years, and they've always been helpful, accommodating and professional. It's the kind of friendly shop that's better than anonymously shopping on the internet. Their expertise, knowledge and advice can't be replaced by videos and forums. In the end, they've helped me save money, helped me make more informed choices, and ultimately, helped me have more fun.

Was half way into a long cycle and a long way from home when I had a Di2 issue and happened to be local to Beyond Bikes who saved the day. Although it was unplanned, the workshop were happy to help, charge my battery and run a diagnostic which sorted the problem out - lifesavers! Highly recommend their friendly and professional service. The shop looked great and I wish I had more time to visit but I needed to get going. Great local bike shop, jealous not to live closer or have one like this near me.

Great experience with Beyond Bikes - would highly recommend. I ordered a bicycle for my daughter online, when I went to collect it I was given some great advice that she would outgrow the bicycle I ordered in a short time frame and was shown an alternative which would last longer and was much lighter. My daughter loves the bike and I hugely appreciate the advice - I’ll be back again!

Absolutely stellar bunch of lads that will sort out any problem big or small while also offering further advise to keep your bike in good shape! Recently got a dutch styled bike and was in need of a few mending bits and these guys got it sorted quickly and professionally while also being super friendly on top of it all. Definitely coming back and keen to recommend for both leisure and seemingly - competition grade needs! Thanks again to Yussef, Leo and George for putting in good care and breathing new life into my vintage Gazelle

Having recently taken up mountain biking and knowing next to nothing about the sport the lads at Bike Bros have been so helpful, informative and encouraging they’ve genuinely made it a much better experience than it would already have been. Nothing is too small or big for them to help with ..not to mention they’re also a really nice bunch of lads to be around. I’m immensely grateful for all they’ve done for me so far and would happily recommend them to anyone with a bike ..or to anyone that doesn’t for that matter!

GEARED UP CYCLES LTD REVIEWS

Recently used Geared Up Cycling to deal with the recent DT Swiss recall of potentially dangerous wheels and also a recent service to a second bike. The service was carried out on time and has resolved a minor issue. The recall issue was dealt with quickly despite various hurdles encountered during the process, at all times I was kept informed and the issue has now been satisfactorily resolved. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, they are my "Go to" service centre.

Geared Up cycles have helped me out a couple of times recently, on both occasions setting up the gears or straightening the hangar. Tasks performed rapidly and very reasonably. I have definitely become a repeat customer.

Very positive experience, the owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our bikes had a thorough service at a reasonable price.
