I can’t praise Ben and the team enough. No job is too small or too big. I damaged my rear wheel and the correct rim was sourced and re-laced. My bike has a different angled headset bearing and one was ordered (it would have taken me ages to find the correct one) and fitted with no issues at all. Amazing service and everyone in the shop is so nice. I can’t praise Stanley Bridges enough.

Went in to ask for advice and get help on a seized bottom bracket for my old bike, the gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable about my issue. Brilliant bike shop who are experts and also have excellent customer service so would defo recommend! Ben had the tools necessary to work on my vintage 1982 Peugeot that no other bike shop had!

Absolutely first class service. I had classic road bike frame that I was building to ride in the French Alps and I was running out of time. After a quick chat with Ben he took over and completed the build in time for me to ride before heading to the Alps.

Had a major Service done on my Claude Butler Explorer 500 bike on Friday 05/05/2023. Took the bike in at 1.30pm and it was ready to collect before 4pm the same day so received first class customer service. Had bike service for £39, 2 new tyres, new back wheel, cass, chain, gear cables. The bike is now running like a dream - better than it did when I first bought it 11.5 years ago in fact! Very many thanks.

Hancocks gave an outstanding service with my Raleigh bike. They were customer focused, extremely helpful and experts at their job. Will definitely be my go-to bike shop from now on! Thank you Adam and Team!

Popped in today with a puncture on my Marin fairfax. Owner fixed it on the spot with the minimum amount of fuss. Nice friendly guy and so I will return again. Thanks.

Pleasant guys who know their stuff! Took my old bike that had completely had it and they helped me find a suitable replacement that was completely serviced with mud guards and a bottle holder. They made sure that it was suitable for my body type and it was an affordable price too! Perfect for my commute to work. I'm very happy and will definitely be using their service again in the future.

Excellent service, super friendly and invaluable knowledge. No pushy sales - genuine recommendations on where to save where possible and what to spend on if needed. Ive had everything from services, to tyre changes, to off the shelf bits, to specifically ordered bits in here. Highly recommend.

Extremely helpful and welcoming. I had a couple of problems with a bike I had just bought and without hesitation they sorted everything out straight away and didn't ask for anything. They were very friendly and I noticed they have some fantastic bikes for sale, so I shall certainly be returning.
