I've had my Cytronex kit on my bike for about 18 months and it's been brilliant. It meant I could continue using my existing bike, and I can now keep up with my partner. I mainly use the lowest level of assistance just on the hills and get about 3500ft of ascent out of a full battery. The kit was easy to install and has worked well. I use the bike more now for errands, shopping etc, as well as cycling more for exercise. I love the flexibility of being able to take the battery off and charge it up in a cafe for really long days or overnight in B&Bs. I'd definitely recommend this kit.

Just had our two Brompton bicycles converted to electric by Cytronex, what a great system, We are so glad we took the plunge and had the bikes converted! The sales staff are great and lent us a couple of trial Brompton bikes prior to committing, the demo bikes sold the system immediately. The controller pad is great and operates the motor assit with a nice fluid application, the battery is easy to charge and install which does not hinder the folding aspect of the bike in anyway ten out of ten for a great British product and service.

I ordered a C1 conversion kit after having discussed features and measurements over several emails to Cytronex and the patience and dedication of their staff were incredible. The kit was easy to install, they provided a step-by-step video, and it works flawlessly. My bike is barely different than before the conversion. See before and after photos. I am very impressed by this company and their product.

Us British folk like to have a good moan when service is off but we aren't the best at talking about good service and acknowledging it where it is due. Well the service I received from BikeX was outstanding. They delivered in way ahead of their advised timeline and even suggested a better fix to the problem than I put forward which actually resulted in it being a better cost for me. I can't really look elsewhere to get my family's bike serviced now and will share details of the great experience with friends and family alike.

Great service. They brought my 12 year old Cannondale back to life. It had sat in the shed for 2 years untouched and unloved. With a combination of parts, ( some new, some from the workshop) bike know how and common sense they restored it to its former glory. And at a very good price delivered a week ahead of schedule. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys, you got me back in to the saddle.

Called in with a broken gear cable, as the shop was not full they repaired it while I waited. Brilliant service. Always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I’ve known Aaron for about 15 years, always had great service and deals. Today he excelled, fixing my bike as he had all the parts in stock. New brake calliper and hoses, all fitted and bled through in record time along with chain and bottom bracket and reindexing gears. Finishing at 8pm !

There’s never a good time for a puncture, but it happening 200m from this excellent bike shop is the best there is! Fixed straight away, just before closing time. Thank you.

Brilliant bike shop. Incredibly helpful, gave me a box to fly my bike and shared tons of useful guidance and information. Couldn't recommend them more.
