I had a very positive experience at Clarks Winchester yesterday. Our salesperson was Amelia G and she was so great with my two boys (age 2 & 4) she was very patient with the littlest one. I felt she really engaged with them positively and listened to the eldest with what he likes. I would highly recommend this store as it feels very personal. Thank you so much for making getting shoes (usually very stressful) a good experience.

Didn't buy anything as didn't find the right thing but would highly recommend for parents and kids/toddlers. Took our toddler in and Dean was incredibly helpful and good with her - measuring her feet and telling us how to look for signs of a size change, size of shoes being correct, and high in steps etc. He was brilliant and we will definitely be going back.

Just to say that we received excellent customer service from Sean today. He was friendly and helpful. He is a real credit to your company. This kind of service makes shopping the pleasure it should be.
