Everyone is very professional, They won’t let you leave without making sure you’re happy & everything is adjusted as it should be & you’ve got all the staff needed for your new bike. I've always had excellent service at Berkshire Cycles and this occasion was no different. Took my Cube ebike in for a full service and to have some Hope Tech 4s fitted - despite there being an issue sourcing a replacement bearing they managed to get the work done in record time.

Great service! Popped in a couple of weeks ago to get my Son's bike fixed as he had a broken pedal and needed it for school the next day. The staff went out of their way to fix the bike and wouldn't accept a penny. Fab service and so kind of them. I was incredibly grateful. Thank you.

Bike in for a frame bearing overhaul and to diagnose a nasty creak, the bane of mountain bikes! Outstanding service from the team who went the extra mile to diagnose and solve. Really appreciated! Very happy with the result. Highly recommended.

Quite simply, the best experience you can have buying and maintaining your bike. Their prices, knowledge and customer service is amazing. Chris, and every member of staff I spoke to, put the customer first and just want to get you back on your bike with a smile on your face.

Amazing service. Dropped my bike off at 0900hrs. Shop called me at 1015hrs, to say all work completed. Motor on Ebike replaced under Warranty. Highly recommend Berkshire cycles.
