3 Best Cake Makers in Watford, UK

This place was here for us when we thought no one else in west Watford was. They provided peace, comfort, and amazing cake. I have never made a google review before for a place, but something about Medcake compelled me to. The service was incredible and the staff was extremely kind. The caramel coffee and fresh made cake was phenomenal and felt like I was home. I highly recommend this place to anyone in Watford.

Mohammed is an amazing baker. He never disappoints with his creative bakes. Recently he baked a vanilla sponge cake and decorated it as per our requirements and wishes. The cake for its design and its taste was an instant hit with a party full of guests. Well done and thank you!

I ordered a fairy themed birthday cake for my daughter’s first birthday and it was totally worthed. It was a Vanilla based mixed fruit cake with macaroons on it. Everyone enjoyed it, would definitely order again!

What a fantastic place for afternoon tea!!!! Linda (or some might call her Mrs. Kitchen) is a wonderful lady that made sure our experience was an amazing one. We wanted a local afternoon tea experience, and that’s what we got. Eggs and milk from local farmers to make their fantastic homemade bakes. Also loved the Yorkshire tea, and the atmosphere was cute as a button perfect place to visit after the Warner Bros Harry Potter Studio tour as well!

Booked for the valentines afternoon tea. First time going after wanting to go for months (just struggle to find time). But my god the food was excellent. Lovely warm welcome and all round great service. Will definitely be booking in future and popping in when can. Highly recommend.

My mum and sister were invited to enjoy an afternoon tea and absolutely loved it. My mum has had the opportunity to try afternoon teas in many fancy places, however, she stated that this was one of the best experiences she has ever had. Linda made them feel incredibly welcome, as did the two staff members, Lily and Lil, who served them. Every single item on the table was locally sourced and freshly made each day at the venue. Something you can taste when eating the cakes, scones and sandwiches, which are simply delicious. Leaving with boxes filled with leftovers, I know it won’t be long before they go back for more, as they were so impressed by it all. Linda should be incredibly proud of everything she has created. It is truly fantastic and we couldn’t recommend it enough.
