More of a takeaway or delivery than a restaurant, The Viking Fish and Chips has some seating for dine-in customers. However, we stopped off for a meal of good ol' fish and chips and we weren't disappointed. I went into the establishment and made my order. Two fish and chips, tartare sauce and mushy peas. While I was waiting and watching the gents (Kashmiri, with the requisite sense of humour) were close to overwhelmed with the number of orders being prepared. There's an old expression from Australia that goes: "Busier than a one-armed cab driver with a bad case of the crabs." This was certainly the case at The Viking Fish and Chips. The food was delicious. The Cod cooked to perfection, the chips crispy with some scraps. Totally enjoyable and filling. Highly recommended.

Good food from a genuine and very kind owner. I had a portion of chips and fish fingers and they were both wonderfully made. Clean oil and proper tasting food: either fish and chips were super nice. Please have a try because you won’t be disappointed.

Had an amazing mix doner today at King Cod Watford. With fresh salad and the garlic sauce. definitely will go again.

Great place to order some fish and chips. The staff was very nice and served our food with a big smile. The small portion was more then enough. A large cod is a very big cod. We had a great time eating in here.
