This evening just before garage closing, I stopped at MOT city as my tyre was showing low pressure. I had contacted 2 other local garages in Reading who offered no assistance shortly before closing time however, MOT city were friendly approachable and checked the air pressure in all my tyres. I offered to pay as I live in London and simply appreciative to received this assistance. I offered to pay as a kind gesture but the owner refused. From today’s experience, I would strongly recommend this garage to anyone in need of repairs, service or MOT! Very friendly, highly recommended. Thank you!

I was a first-time customer at MOT City, but instantly felt like my car was left in trustworthy-hands. Communication was excellent and the staff were great – I wasn’t pushed to carry out any extra/unnecessary work. Service and MOT were carried out quickly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely chose them again.

I have been with Citroemech two times since then and the services have always come with a personal touch and yet very professional. I would like to recommend them highly. Ray is always very accommodating and helpful and I have no qualms to reach out to him even when the shop is a few more miles away from home than my last go-to place. Prices are reasonable with the comfort that it is not wasted to a half hearted job.

Couldn’t recommend enough, after getting a botched fix from another garage these guys took my car in and fixed it up for me. Absolutely zero nonsense with Citromech. Honest, reliable and efficient mechanics who are highly skilled in their trade. Thank you guys!

Really friendly and helpful.. I left it a little late to book Service and MOT..so did the MOT and have booked my service next week, which is good for me.. have been coming here for quite a few years.. I can recommend them as honest and trustworthy, which in my book counts for a lot.
