Brought in my mother in law's water-damaged phone to try to get it working to retrieve important photos from it. Listened to our situation, they were professional and they explained what damage this could have cause, then said they would try and fix it. Their policy is if they can't fix it, then no charge, they did give us a rough idea of cost due to the damage. Fone Tech called back within 2 hours, they had fixed it and for less than originally thought. They made sure we could definitely use the phone and could get access to the photos. Would definitely use their services again and would recommend to others.

Excellent service, they were extremely helpful, sorted out the issue with my phone while I waited,, I would 100% recommend them to anyone . And they don’t ripe you off either. Can’t recommend them highly enough Nicky

Great guys working there, took a couple of mobiles there to repair the seals. Very quick and efficient service, the pricing is very good. Very honest pricing. Highly recommended

Really pleased with this shop, The guys were extremely friendly. They fixed my iPhone 13 pro charging port which had motherboard issue in just 1 hour with a reasonable price whereas other shops in the town said they cannot fix motherboard issue and asked for more time. I love the shop and would go there again whenever needed. Best phone shop in Grantham. Would recommend everyone to go there at least once.

went in today to get my iphone 14 plus screen fixed, at another place they wanted to charge £250 and send my phone off for a couple weeks so i went to phone king and they replaced my screen for £80 within the hour, i also got a new phone case, new camera lens as mine was completely broken and a new screen protector. the total including the screen replacement was £110! and the service was super friendly. will be coming again :)

Fixed my Samsung a15 and hand delivered it to my house which was 50 mins from their shop!!!! I love these chaps. Please go and get you screens fixed from them.
