Brilliant service! Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at iFix Gadgets Guildford! They were absolutely fantastic! I had my iPhone screen replaced and a new battery fitted, and they did everything so quickly and professionally. My phone honestly feels brand new again. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process really easy. It’s so nice to deal with people who genuinely care and take pride in their work. Couldn’t recommend them enough, if you ever need your phone fixed in Guildford, definitely go to iFix Gadgets.

I am so grateful for the brilliant service provided by Yush? (not sure of his name). I need my phone for work and was desperate because the charging port had a problem and I had run out of charge. He fixed it by replacing the circuit in 20 minutes, late on a Friday afternoon... quality parts used with fast charging ability maintained and a 3 month guarantee for peace of mind. Wonderful service 5.

I smashed my Apple Watch and went every where in Guildford and no wanted to fix it or wanted to charge me silly money. I came to connect2mobile guys fixed it kept me in the loop amazing customer service it fixed looks brand new and wasn’t expensive five stars service.

My phone decided to play up 2 days before my holiday. Staff were very helpful and quick to fix the problem. No issues since.

I visited iSmash Guildford as part of the Google Pixel 6a battery replacement scheme. I booked in advance, the whole process was smooth and staff were really friendly considering how busy they were. My phone screen was likely to break during the replacement process and the team warned me it might not be possible, I returned to find they also replaced my screen! I cannot explain how much I appreciated this gesture as it meant I could keep my phone instead of considering to buy a new one.

Used iSmash Guildford for the same day service to have 2 Pixel 8 screens replaced and would definitely recommend them. They were happy to answer all my questions over the phone, easy online booking system, polite and friendly in store and phones were fixed sooner than expected reducing my wait time. Great.

Great experience. My screen was broken but also the phone likely had internal damage. For £30 more than than the cost of a new screen (which may not have solved the problem) I got a reconditioned phone (a grade up from my existing one) with a year's warranty. Very happy with this result.
