Exceptional service from ACME chimney sweep. Del worked so carefully, treating my home with such respect, leaving everything clean and tidy. A pleasure to have Del do the work and take the time to explain what was done. Would highly recommend and look forward to ACME maintaining the chimneys over the years to come.

Excellent service. Arrived bang on time, made sure all of the carpets were covered and protected, cleaned the chimney and tidied up. This is the second time Derek has cleaned our chimney and we are really happy with the service. Always cheerful and polite, a job well done.

Excellent service. Called for help with jackdaws building a nest in our coal effect gas fire chimney, Martin came very promptly to check what was required, quoted a very reasonable price to remove the nest and supply & fit a gas approved cowl. We gave him the go-ahead to order the cowl and he came and fitted it, all in a matter of a few days to fit in with our needs. Had we delayed until the nest was finished and occupied, it would have had to be left until any young had fledged so we were grateful for the fast and professional response. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!! Martin's service.

I have used Martin a few times to clean our chimney. He's very thorough, leaving everything spotless including emptying the ash bins, which not everyone does. I will certainly be calling him again next year and highly recommend him. He was also superb at social distancing, gave very clear instructions and we only waved at him through a window!

Martin is very clean and does an excellent job from start to finish.

Excellent service and quality of repairs on our roof in multiple areas - chimneys, flaunching, leadwork, pots and cowels. Danny communicated the whole time to make sure we knew what was happening. He took photos and videos before, during and after to show the work completed. His workmanship is excellent and he is a thoroughly nice guy. 5* and recommended 100%.

Excellent service received today from Daniel, very prompt and professional. Was even able to fix a few cracks in the hearth, and make the fireplace look as good as new. Very highly recommended.
