Following on from the A/C units installed in our bedrooms from ProtoCool back in 2020, this year we expanded to include an additional 2x Mitsubishi MSZ-LN units in the living room and office fed from a new external unit. Lukasz and Harry did a great job with the installation, ensured I was happy with the routes the piping and drains would take, and worked through / on top our side shed and attic, ensuring everything was neat. Prior to the installation Adrian and Marina helped quote and coordinate the options available: All round a great experience from ProtoCool, and happy to recommend.

Steve and his team of professionals did an awesome job from the initial sizing of the units to the actual installation. A friendly and dedicated team that got on did the job. No pump in sight, all gravity fed outlets and such a clean job. We had 8 internal units and 3 outside units installed. Saved us from the heatwave. Before contracting this team I did my due diligence and they’ve been in business for many years which is important when dealing with specialist equipment installs. They are true Engineers and me and the whole family recommend them.

Jack from Protocool came to service our A/C units today. There were several problems, but he managed them expertly. I must point out that the units were installed by someone else very badly. Jack has done his level best to make them work properly and succeeded! There are some more permanent things that need to be done. I have every confidence that Jack and his colleagues will sort things out in the fullness of time. Jack is extremely personable. The staff in the office are very helpful. This company comes with my recommendation.
