25 years of nursing and bad posture since a kid....all sorted by Andrew. Acute nasty debilitating back pain, and I walked out straighter than I have been in years. It was instant relief, still stiff but less pain, saw him twice a week for a while, then weekly. I so look forward to the sessions as it has had such a good effect on my life and I can be much more active without pain! I'm 52, why didn't I try this year's ago. Don't wait like I did, get that back sorted now. And so reasonably priced!! Andrew has a really calming way, and the ladies on the reception are so friendly. Thank you Andrew and team.

I saw Andrew twice whilst on holiday. When I entered the clinic I couldn't turn my head at all to the right. He was thorough, knowledgeable and after my first session my neck and shoulder area loosesned within hours so that I had much more movement and less pain. Andrew explained what to expect and diagnosed quickly the cause of the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending him highly, and his lovely friendly receptionist too!

I have been seeking help for back and knee issues from Andrew since he took over this practice. His expertise is the main reason that I am able to keep mobile enough to be as active as I am. It is very reassuring to have someone of Andrew's experience and calibre readily available.

I had an introductory appointment with Hannah Bolwell sports therapist. She identified my issues and treated me accordingly. I have had two further hour appointments which has helped me immensely. I have my next appointment booked. She is professional and effective. Not only are her treatments beneficial but the exercises she has given me are helping me. Highly recommended. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you Pyramid.

Had problems with my shoulder for a few years now and it’s been limiting my workout options in the gym. 3 sessions in with soft tissue massage and it is feeling the best it’s been since I first injured it and definitely seeing the end in sight now which is really positive. Would definitely recommend and wish I acted sooner rather than putting up with it assuming rest and self management would make it go away.

The clinic is well presented, clean & tidy with free parking right outside. Hannah is very professional & always listens carefully to me. She is always very clear what my treatment plan is. I have seen Hannah 4 times now & my neck pain has improved immeasurably so I will definitely continue having appointments with her.

l called Hands-on Health after a back injury. I was struggling to get back to full mobility and knew I needed help. I had been to the clinic before and had been impressed. I started seeing Ellie once a week and I must say I was made to feel welcome and was dealt with in a very professional manner. I gradually improved and my pain levels reduced. I know that without the help of Ellie and the Hands-on Health team I would not have made the significant progress that I have done in the six-week time frame. I am now back at work and feeling much better. I would recommend Ellie to anyone; she is a fantastic therapist.

Thank you Hands-on Health and in particular Albie. My shoulder is feeling much better - a few more massage sessions and an injury I have had all my life I am sure will soon be gone.
