I popped into Pyramid Health to see if they could help with an injury I picked up leaning to row some months ago, Mike took the time there and then to explain things, I was impressed with the setup and I made an appointment there and then. At the appointment, Mike made me feel at ease straight away and listened carefully as we talked over my injury explaining everything, it was a very thorough consultation. After the treatment I left with some exercises that we practiced and I had a clear recovery plan to focus on until my next appointment. Mike is fantastic!

Will is a friendly, great listener and puts you at ease. He gave thoughtful insights into aspects of the treatment as we talked through the approach. The pace was right and I was able to gain a clear understanding of how I "ticked" physically in terms of strains and structure, with a few assumptions and myths laid to rest along the way! The hands-on treatment was thorough but without painful massage, and I felt much better for it on neck and shoulders. The exercises at the clinic were well-explained as prep for undertaking them at home.

The clinic is well presented, clean & tidy with free parking right outside. Hannah is very professional & always listens carefully to me. She is always very clear what my treatment plan is. I have seen Hannah 4 times now & my neck pain has improved immeasurably so I will definitely continue having appointments with her.

My first appointment today with Louise. Super friendly welcome, comfortable treatment room with heated table!! Louise took a very detailed history of issues and was extremely informative regarding what she considered the source of the problem. Treatment was helpful even at the first visit and path forward agreed. Early days but first impressions are extremely positive.

Hannah explained the sports therapy clearly, and was very professional all the way through the appointment. I would highly recommend Osteo and Physio Exmouth.
