Talia, Laura and Toby have been amazing! Not being in pain is priceless! I have to call out Talia’s massage - I’ve never experienced a massage to make such a huge difference. I walked in stiff in the hips and after my massage I was like “Hey! Is this what walking is supposed to feel like?” Highly recommend the Reflex Spinal Health team!

Cannot rate Reflex highly enough! I have been getting adjusted by Toby for about a year now and the difference is amazing. I now attend once a month for maintenance, rarely have any issues in between adjustments and always leave feeling great. Would recommend to anyone that is thinking about chiropractic - thank you!

I've suffered with shoulder pain for a long time which was affecting my life. My partner recommended making an appointment at Goddard Chiropractic after seeing them on Facebook. I made my first appointment to suit me, there was no pressure to make further appointments after the initial consultation but I did. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming and Carl has worked wonders treating my shoulder, I no longer have the pain and discomfort I was suffering with. My sincere thanks to Carl and all at Goddard Chiropractic.

For many years I had discomfort in my hip and thought one leg was longer than the other! Doing lots of sports and being very active, I knew I had to do something. Going to Goddard Chiropractic was the best decision. Will has managed to realign my hips and the discomfort has reduced, with regular maintenance appointments I’m keeping my body in check enabling me to do the things I love!

I have been visiting this Chiropractic Clinic since October 2023 and Will has made an incredible difference to the pain I was feeling in my hip and back. He has made it possible for me to remain active and move with relative ease.

OPTIMAL ALIGN CHIROPRACTIC REVIEWS

I have been seeing Bruce and the team for some time now with back issues. I started going three times a week and now I go once a month. I have very few issues now with my original problem and even a new issue that has occurred has improved significantly. Originally I went to the clinic as it was next to my office and very convenient, but I’m still going there even though I no longer work next door and live 45 minutes away. Very professional setup with knowledgeable, caring and fun staff. It’s a shame there are only 5 stars they deserve at least 10!

I am 26 year old sporty guy who came here after a friend (who has lots of back problems) recommended it after successful treatment. I am fairly knowledgeable when it comes to maintaining good health but have never gone down the route of chiropractic due to all the hearsay regarding just being a ‘quick fix’… Now 10+ sessions in I am happy to say not only am I more pain free and mobile but I have a real understanding of how I can stay this way. Do yourself the favour and get that pain of yours looked at.

Bruce (the chiropractor) and the rest of the staff are so friendly and professional and are committed to providing a high level of care to all their clients. They genuinely care about your wellbeing and adjust the intensity of the treatment to meet your needs. Through X-rays taken before and after your treatment, you can see your progress. I would strongly recommend them and have already referred a couple of friends.
