I had an incredible 90-minute Thai massage with Nicky, and I can't recommend her highly enough! She is truly an amazing masseuse. I had a couple of knots in my shoulder that were causing a lot of pain, and Nicky managed to relieve it completely. Her experience and skill are evident, and she approaches her work with a very positive and happy mindset. If you're looking for a professional and effective massage, Nicky is the best choice. When I saw that this place has firm 5 stars, I was a bit sceptical, but decided to try. So, now I can say that they deserve their 5 stars ! I was with Edna and asked her to do firm deep tissue massage. She didn’t disappoint at all and gave all the attention to my most sore parts. So far I must say that that’s the best massage that I’ve ever had in the UK. And I had a lot. And cherry on the top is the Wellness room where you can have a rest with a cuppa herbal tea. Awesome!

I had a deep tissue massage with Edna and she was professional and experienced. The whole experience was relaxing and my shoulder and backache have been relieved after the massage. She noticed the knots in my shoulder area and focused on it. The results are obvious. I immediately felt the difference when I came out from the place. I didn't feel any backache or shoulder pain when I stretched my arms. Wonderful experience. Will definitely come back regularly!

Abeslouty incredible massage, rooms stunning and so much care and professionalism put into the massages. Always checking pressure was okay and that I was comfortable. One of the best massages I've ever had! I can't wait to go back ! And the wellness room and tea at the end was a perfect way to end the experience!

I've been going to Ayurveda Retreat in Reading for nearly 8 years now! I've had massages from a number of their therapists, who are all really friendly, professional, and excellent at what they do. I've now moved away from Reading, and no longer work there, but choose to come back for my massages because I always feel relaxed and peaceful after I've been. Online booking is hassle free. Treatment rooms and general areas are all clean and calming. All staff are amazing. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time at Ayurveda Retreat and it was a wonderful experience. Rohini was amazing, she worked all the knots out of my over stressed back and I felt so relaxed . My neck is pain free for the first time in months. Looking forward to my next appointment :)
