I am from Cambridge, UK and for a day out to check new collection in Bedford store, oh my god, I really enjoyed a lot to explore the new stuffs and special thanks to Rosiane she’s best at work specially in Customer Service and she’s fabulous helped me to get my swimming dress what I was looking for and she’s amazing and gorgeous. Rosiane is the asset to Bedford store

Fantastic customer service! I needed to make an online return and went into the Bedford store, at the till I was helped by Syeda - who was great. She explained the process and was so helpful. I made a mistake and the manager Debbie sorted the issue with the help of New Look HO. I felt compelled to leave this review as whilst shopping across the last few days, I have heard many staff in retail get treated poorly. The service I received today was truly great and I for one am grateful that we still have retail choices in our town centres. Thank you Syeda and Debbie and to New Look for remaining in Bedford town centre. Great retail experience and retailer! Thank You!

New Look is not for me but my 13yr old daughter loves it. I personally believe the store has an amazing layout and the staff are very friendly. If like their style of clothing 100% worth going in as they have a really good range.

Love Beth! Always provides a great service (when I catch her working) Top tips on fashion and a friendly bubbly attitude! Good fashion prices could do with a reduction (can't knock a girl for trying)

This is such a nice Next, their stock is incredible and Alexander served me at the collection desk and he was so attentive and helpful it really made my day. Thank you. P.s the Cafe upstairs is also incredible, worth the visit just for the sandwiches and drinks!!

Needed a specific lampshade which was not in atock bit they ordered it and 2 days later texted to say it was in. Brilliant service. The cafe was a nice extra.
