I contacted Kane Computer Services after experiencing a lot of technical problems with my very old computer and local engineers had been unable to help me. I explained to them what problems I was having with the hard drive keep getting clogged up and was told yes we certainly can help you. I took my computer to them and by the following day, they had contacted me saying it could be sorted but I would need to have it upgraded and some anti-virus protection put on. I thought well I got nothing to lose and it would be cheaper than purchasing a whole new system like I’d been told by local companies to do myself. I got contacted again after they had my computer for a couple of days saying it was all sorted and ready for collection so I asked how much my bill would be and was pleasantly surprised as it was cheaper than I had paid the engineers previously plus I had a computer that was all up and running really well. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends! In the future if I need work doing then I will be going back to them myself should I experience any future problems.

Kane Computer Services offered me a friendly reliable service when my DVD drive failed. A new drive was fitted quickly and at a very realistic price for a 6 year old laptop. My computer was collected from home and returned back to me quickly at my convenience. I also wanted to get information on upgrading my hard drive and was given clear indications of how long this would take and how much it will cost when I'm ready to proceed. Great service and great prices.

Anthony was extremely efficient and thorough and completed the work much sooner than expected.

This is the second time I have used their services. The first time, my home computer was faulty, the service I received was better than excellent. I thought I was just lucky and held my praise then. However, this second time around the service provided was even better. So I decided to put in a review. This kind of service in this day and age is scare. Q-Teks professionalism, product knowledge, service standards and friendliness are second to none not to mention their excellent time factor. Thank you Mark, I can't wait to use you guys again. Oh...Lest I forget, Q-Tek can also resolve diagnose and resolve issues remotely by linking into your computer for a small fee which is completely safe and secure.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Could have charged me for a new battery but advised I didn't need one. Sorted the drive and the lap top runs really well. Good quick service. Highly recommend Qtech.
