Nick was extremely helpful and managed to resolve my issue within an hour. My hard drive, windows had packed up for some strange reason. He switched the hard drive and re-booted my laptop - it was a major fix. Nick is highly efficient and professional. Thanks Nick!

A Fantastic service from Nick, I took my PC in and by the afternoon the Hardware problem with my PC had been identified and solved. Nick kept me updated with his progress throughout and was able to explain the issue my PC had in detail. Highly recommend !

A superb service, transferring files over from an old laptop, and installing a number of new programmes. All done promptly, courteously, and at very reasonable cost. Thoroughly recommended.

Had a fantastic experience with Brad at Megabyte Computers. The family PC decided the optimum time to destroy it's ~10yr old hard drive was whilst my partner was doing some critical work, which was yet to be backed-up. Brad was a pleasure to deal with, polite and courteous, and had the machine back up and running, with a modern SSD and, most importantly, all data restored (which won't be possible for everyone) in double quick time. The final bill was a surprise - a great surprise! Absolutely fantastic value. Very highly recommended and will be our first port of call for anything PC-related going forwards. Sometimes brick and mortar is just better and it was a real blessing to us the likes of Brad still exits.

Superb service I really highly recommend Megabyte Computers. When the case of my 7 year old laptop computer that cost over £1000 split below the lid, I was told elsewhere that it was irreparable . However Megabyte got a spare part from China and now it’s fully assembled and repaired. I am very pleased and impressed with the excellent service provided. I really appreciate the help and advice I was given and delighted that my laptop is like new again. So a big thank you to Megabyte.

I wouldn't take my laptop and PC anywhere else.. Brad custom built a PC for my son, he absolutely loves it! Brad also fixed my daughters laptop screen.. all at really good prices. Very happy. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Smart Ifix for a number of years, initially for my printing needs and more recently for my IT needs. They repaired the hard drive on a laptop I dropped and it’s working better than it was before. I bought a second hand laptop from them today for work as I needed windows 10 pro and it is as good as new. Their customer service has always been exemplary and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Top quality outlet.
