I called elite at half past one in the afternoon on Tuesday, after needing something collecting urgently from Inverness and delivering to Suffolk. The chap I spoke to said he could get it sorted for me. As you can imagine, I was sceptical that this would happen, but the parcel was collected exactly when they said it would be and the team drove through the night to ensure that we had the parcel for 7 am the next day.
