I wish all couriers were as amazing as these. There was an item that I needed and there was no room for error as the contents had become discontinued and hard to source. I thought it would be a simple delivery but as I contacted the place that had my item, they set up more and more hurdles. Phoenix flew over every hurdle with ease to get my delivery to me in my preferred way and with zero complaint. The cost was very reasonable for everything I was asking for. They really took the time to get it right and exactly how I wanted it, no corners cut and my item arrived perfectly. I stupidly left my shoulder bag on a Hull train. The guys at Hull responded with the good news that my bag was found and ready for collection. Phoenix couriers were prompt to respond and offered a seamless service. They put up with me changing drop off details abd took the initiative to ensure the bag was delivered to me prior to my overseas flight home. The tracking number system worked superbly. The young lady at Rymans was fantastic. I was only there to post an urgent parcel. The DHL site wouldn’t accept my p/code when I tried at home but she sorted everything for me at the store. She was quick, polite and extremely efficient. I’ll definitely use Rymans again and not just for posting.
