Absolutely wonderful service from Max and his team. From the moment we met them they were totally professional, so understanding and sympathetic to everyone of us. They kept us fully informed from the moment they took over after such a sudden death. They arranged the funeral with complete dignity, they organised a horse and carriage which was absolutely amazing, he made sure our loved one went out in style , and as a blended family, Max kept everyone informed of every step. On the day of the funeral the team more than 100% delivered the service we had wished for. The staff impeccably presented, and professional,our cars immaculately clean I can without a doubt recommend them to anyone. Thank you so so much. I have just been to see my husband's headstone which has just been put in place. I am so pleased with the finish. I would like to add, Cassandra Morton who looked after us right from the start, has gone above and beyond in ensuring our wishes were met from my husband's funeral to the right images on his headstone. I understand we were her first clients and she made a Stirling job. Thank you all who were involved. Much appreciation.

Having had a very difficult year when I have lost both my parents and my son, Max and the team at Brighams have been so helpful, sympathetic and understanding. Henry Naylors took care of my dad and mum when we sadly lost them both last year. Adele was amazing,so professional,kind,caring and a good listener,information given was always clear and understandable. At all times the staff had the most beautiful respect for my parents,so dignified. Both funerals were well organised and timely,help was given with songs in the church service. Thank you all so much you made a very fustressing time bearable.

I have used Henry Naylor funeral directors to purchase a pre paid funeral plan , Julie from Naylor's went through the plan with me , she was very thorough and explained everything to me , she really makes you feel at ease and is the perfect lady for the job . Thank you for all your help.

I never thought I would be able to cope with arranging my dad's funeral but I was gently and expertly guided through the whole process being given choices to put together exactly what I wanted for my dad. I will be arranging my funeral with Henry Naylor.

À very thorough attentive service with even the smallest detail covered. Everything took place exactly as planned and on schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and relatives. The only very slight reservation I have is that everything is perhaps a little too old fashioned and traditional, but that is perhaps what people want at funerals.

At one of the most difficult times on my life, the arrangements for the funeral of my father were made so easy. Kevin at all times made sure everything was covered with simplicity and efficiency that seemed effortless. This resulted in no stress for my family at all during the arrangements and that is all thanks to Kevin. A real gentleman.

Couldn't of asked for anything more all staff very compassionate friendly supportive professional and caring the funeral was everything we wanted for mum would highly recommend to friends and family.
