A sincere thank you to Dr Junaid Ahmed for being so kind and understanding after me being extremely nervous due to a previous experience. He constantly explained everything he was doing and asked me if I was okay and had a lovely calming and reassuring manner. It has made such a difference and I really appreciate his complete care . An amazing dentist but more importantly a really lovely person. Also his lovely nurse as they make a good team and indeed all the staff are clearly hand picked and lovely . Very best wishes.

My 7 year old daughter recently had an appointment with Dr Aunkit Vaja. He was very professional, kind and patient. He answered all questions I had and treated my daughter with kindness and respect. Not all dentist are like that so I really appreciate his patience, professional skills and wonderful approach to children. I highly recommend this dentist for everyone.

Absolutely brilliant service, had implants, didn’t feel a thing, painless, was given full instructions pre and post, staff were professional and calming, as I was a bit nervous. Thanks Synergy you are fantastic.

Reviewing on behalf of my husband, David. He attended Genix a few days ago, and is really impressed by the overall care by all the staff, and especially Imran. Such a pleasant, cheerful person who makes a trip to the dentist less daunting. This was only his second visit to the surgery as a new patient, and really happy with the care shown.

Alway polite, cheerful and the dental team are exceptional they are very carring in their approach en the way they go about their business with the customer at the forefront on every visit. Make me more then happy to return.

The staff were really good, Holly was really great with my daughter, we struggled on her first time, but they were kind enough to reschedule and try again when she felt more comfortable. Now she loves going to the dentist.

Avinash was very professional and made me feel comfortable. It was a long process and he was very thorough with the treatment. I would highly recommend. I have been offered a follow up which is great service. I love my new teeth this treatment has given me a confident smile.

Found ARC to be a very accommodating surgery. The staff have been very welcoming and friendly. Erika carried out my dental work, her bedside manner was very good, she explained the entire process to me which settled a lot of nerves.
