CHONG KWAN DENTAL CARE REVIEWS

Went in this afternoon with slight pain, was given appointment for a couple of hours later. Seen David, I am nervous at the dentist, pretty much just the needle part, so David got that bit over and done with quickly, tooth removed, bit fiddly cos it broke, but was painless, pain kicked in later, but nothing paracetamol can't deal with. Next appointment made, sure I will still be nervous, but also sure it will all go well. Thank you again David for saving me from the pain and discomfort of the abscess that was starting to form.

I had a very positive experience with David. I came to him with alot of pain with an upper 6 tooth, in which I had had two different composite fillings, which were causing me severe pain. I had been suffering for many months. He listened to me, he was compassionate, and he got me out of pain. I was very happy that he offered me follow up appointments to check all was OK. I would recommend him. Particularly appreciated that he has a calm and confident manner.

A lovely young lady, Shin Ling Yip, what a truly superb dentist. The best dentist I have had in 45 years! So impressed, that my husband is also now a patient.

From my first consultation, until my treatment was complete, I have not one negative comment to say about my dentist Lee, the hygienist and all staff involved in my care. I felt listened to and at ease at all times. The treatment was as described - pain free. I am glad I have finally found a practice and dentist with caring staff who take the time to give full examinations, explanations and treatment. 10/10.

Very friendly, professional and informative visit. While my appointment was cancelled first thing in the morning, No.3 quickly made arrangements with their partner surgery so it could be done that day. Very good service and thoroughly recommend.

Another quick but very efficient and comfortable dental appointment. Alastair makes the process very easy and I always leave with any issues resolved and minimal fuss.

He explained the procedures and options available and made me feel at ease. Made my first visit a positive experience and have no reservations about the treatment scheduled ahead for me. Felt I was in good hands.

Was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service. The staff was both professional and incredibly friendly, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Despite my urgent need for treatment, they managed to accommodate me on the same day, which was a huge relief. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding, and I couldn't ask for a better dental experience. Highly recommend.

Very professional practice but still so welcoming and friendly. I was walked through every step and received the best care I've had at a dental practice. Would definitely recommend.
