I have been a member of SW for 8 years. The last 2 years (I think) have been with Samantha. She is a lovely consultant who goes out of her way to support and help you in your weight loss journey. I would not hesitate in recommending this group to anyone.

Sam is genuinely so warm and welcoming. Her and her partner Jonathon make the group a fun and supportive place to be. It can be a vulnerable experience taking the first step through those doors to join, but you'll never look back.

First time ever at this, can't recommend it enough. Thursday, 7pm group, friendly, fun, encouragment from all members & Samantha who is very approachable & gives 100% to all. Going to a class helps in all ways when trying to or loosing weight.

Losing weight was something that was constantly on my mind. The more I thought about it, the more I ate. Laureen helped me overcome the fear, and realise that its not all or nothing. We tried different steps, of the 1:1 diet, till we found one that worked for me, and I achieved fantastic results. She's always made me feel at ease, and quelled my fears with facts and results. Couldn't ask for more.

Laureen is a great consultant with The 1:1 Diet. Keeps you motivated and focused on your target. If you want to lose weight, get in touch with Laureen and she'll make sure you can lose it and keep it off.

Laureen is a great Consultant. She’s very supportive, gives great advice and challenges in a supportive and constructive way.

I enjoyed all my sessions with Carrie: she listened to my concerns about my diet and understood the difficulties i have had trying to change my diet in the past. In a very non - judgmental and caring way Carrie advised me on changes I could make to my diet and provided me with valuable suggestions, information and a programme of nutritional eating that suited my personal needs. Carrie has been extremely supportive and, importantly, understands how difficult it can be for someone to change their diet after years of less than good eating habits.

My wife Ruth went to see Carrie for a food tolerance test and she explained everything in detail and was so helpful during and after the test and got to the root of her problems and would recommend Carrie to anyone who has intolerance problem's.

After years of suffering from food intolerances Carrie helped me identify exactly what it was. With some diet changes I am feeling healthier and 100% happier in myself. A very knowledgable nutritionist! Highly recommend.
