He aims to teach you the necessary skills in a safe, fun, and friendly environment. Brian Townson only uses positive reinforcement training techniques in his classes. He gives you the tools to teach your puppy to be socialized and well-behaved. The 'Dogs Listen Up' experience means they know that having a new puppy can be great fun but also highly challenging. With up to six puppies in their classes, they are able to spend time with you and tailor advice to you and your puppy. They believe that positive reinforcement is the best way to train your dog. That means using praise, treats, and toys to reinforce the behaviour you want from your dog. Each course of their classes lasts for nine weeks and is suitable for puppies from 12 weeks to 2 years old, depending on the breed.”
