When I first booked Dog Tails I was almost at my wits end as a first time dog mom, I didn't have a clue what I was doing and Maxine was amazing. She reassured us in every way possible from the very beginning, that things were how they're supposed to be. Training was 100% amazing. Answering any questions, queries or worries we had. Maxine was great at teaching us, making sure we were comfortable with everything that we had learnt, so we could continue this between lessons. My pup learnt immediately, new things at every training session. Maxine was loving, calm, friendly and incredible at training. Being given recommendations for products that we now couldn't live without as well as an email breakdown of our lessons with what we can practice, in messaging and video format was just the extra mile we never expected but most definitely needed. We would highly recommend to anybody. Thank you for absolutely everything you have done for us, not only as a family but for my lovable Labrador too, who absolutely adored you at every very fun and enjoyable session.

Would 100% recommend max, we had a 5week course for our 7month old puppy, teaching basic commands and training outside on lead and meeting other dogs, she is definitely a much calmer dog, with still plenty of training to continue, but we wouldn't be where we are without the knowledge and help from max. Thankyou once again for your help.

We got in touch with Max because our dog Willow was uneasy around other dogs - Either scared or aggressive. Gradually through working with max she taught us how to handle it, and by the end of the few lessons Willow is slowly becoming a new dog. We'd recommend anyone in a similar position to get in touch :)

I visited Caesar about 15 mins ago as I was stressing , Narla is a Caucasian Shepherd and we're really struggling with her state outdoors not getting in the car,walking etc. he gave us some top tier advice that I really know will work. My past trainer he came for one session and thought she was perfect which we knew wasn't true at all she's very far from perfect and we just couldn't tackle this and didn't know how he gave us some very useful advice that we will be using. I can't wait for any of our sessions together in the future as I know this is the trainer that I want to keep.Not to mention we just called him and went down just for some advice and he was so willing to help he is a very kind and understanding person of any situation thank you.

We had our assessment today & I couldn't have asked for more. Ceaser has an incredible depth of knowledge & he explains everything perfectly. Even just a few hours after meeting him I walked my dog with minimal pulling which is a huge relief. He's given me hope of a happy, loose lead future & I look forwards to seeing how we progress.
