Richard and the team provided a great service with a personal touch that made us feel reassured that our dog would be well looked after during his mini break. Shadow was so happy during his stay and we could see this on the daily photo's and enrichment report that were sent to us. In fact Shadow was having the time of his life, running around and exploring the exercise field and sensory equipment. We have already booked Shadow in again for later in the year and have had no hesitation in recommending Royvon Merthyr as a great place to look after your dog.

My dog came home very happy and seemed to have really enjoyed his time at Royvon! I was really grateful for the daily photos to show me him playing with the other dogs at group play time and I even sent over a message on instagram on the second day asking how he was getting along and they were happy to give me an update and let me know that he was doing well and enjoying his play sessions! I would definitely use Royvon again if I needed someone to look after my dog again! The photos attached are the ones Royvon sent me during my dogs stay! :)

Visiting and boarding our dog Quint at Royvon was one of the best decisions we’ve made in a long time. Everyone at Royvon made sure Quint was content and happy when they evaluated him over night. Richard took great care to understand all of Quint’s nuances; being an awkward dog around almost everything other than us was a concern, especially leaving him with anyone else. Thankfully Richard, and the full Royvon team, laid those worries to rest. We’re now looking to get Quint back in again, and also consider Royvon’s additional activities and training programs.

we have 2 boarder collies 14 month old and a 15 week old that are a handful and we have had 2 sessions what a total difference in their behaviour they listen to command still a learning process but I am super chuffed with the progress made so far. xx thank you so much.

I have known Jo for quite a few years and there are only a couple of people that I would trust my dogs with and Jo is one of them. A friendly, down to earth lady who treats every single dog with respect and love. No is an amazing agility instructor that motivates, supports and encourages you to bring out the best from you and your dog, to have you working as a team to the best of your ability.!!

We’ve attended weekly training and various Workshops and thoroughly enjoyed them all.The venue and instructors are fantastic and a great source of training if you’re serious about agility. Looking forward to our next workshops.!!!!
