Pam and Impackt are literally the very BEST at what they do! We have a rescue labrador who needed a lot of help learning how to dog again after her not so great start to life. We took her to see Pam as she was quite dog-reactive and we needed to learn how to deal with this, amongst other things. Pam had complete confidence in Nebula, showed us what we needed to do to help her thrive and gave us the tools and techniques needed to continue with her training. Nebula went from being very reactive to attending Impackt's Dog Park with 30 other dogs, and she absolutely LOVES it! Pam is such a lovely, kind and genuinely caring and decent person and it's beyond obvious that she has your dogs' best interests at heart. She is very direct and tells you exactly what (or who!) she thinks the problem is, which is great because she 100% knows what your dog needs to get on, to be happy and healthy, and will tell you how to achieve this. Dog training is hard work and you absolutely get out of it what you put in, but Pam and the Impackt team help you to navigate through it all by giving you the tools you need to succeed and get it right. We needed help with socialising Nebula; this is exactly what Pam and Impackt delivered, along with everything else inbetween! 1000% recommend!

I recently visited Pamela at impakt dog behaviour and I honestly can’t thank her enough! After previously trying behaviourists for years to no avail I was initially slightly apprehensive about driving all the way from Scotland to visit but I can honestly say it was worth every mile! I was at my wits end and just so deflated after trying different techniques for years which have actually just seen my dogs behaviour get progressively worse, only 2 weeks on from visiting Pamela and we are coming on leaps and bounds! My stressed out unhappy dog is so much for calm and happy within himself and it’s all down to Pamela’s observation and unique approach to training! I couldn’t reccomend these guys enough and if your considering going but unsure due to distance…do it!!

After attending another dog trainers reactive dog class where the only guidance was to avoid and distract (without any sucess) I was at my wits end with my on lead reactive and barky Springer Spaniel Deezel .. I'd seen Impackt Behaviour on Facebook so booked a session with Pamela... on our assessment and first session Pamela instantly identified the issue as fear and frustration ... avoiding other dogs and situations had only made things worse so it was time to expose my dog to situations and doing this and putting the work and effort in has greatly improved his behaviour...... we now attend her Neutrality classes and Deezel is such a better dog for it and I'm able to read his behaviour indicators and I'm a better dog owner for going to Impackt Behaviour I can't thank or recommend Pamela and the team at Impackt Behaviour enough... her dedication to helping humans understand their dogs to better the dogs lives is second to none.
