Having read a recent review, I feel I must add my tuppence worth. I'm astonished anyone would have a negative experience with Perfect Touch. Over the two decades I have gone to them for services and products, Andy and Andrea and their staff have gone the extra mile to get me exactly what I need. From the outset, it has felt like they were part of the party. Their enthusiasm and friendliness is extraordinary in today's fast-paced and dog-eat-dog world. Though I've never had cause to seek redress, my experience tells me their team would be horrified at the idea something went wrong. I can't imagine what might lead to a negative review, but I wouldn't let that one apparently dissatisfied customer sway my view of Perfect Touch. To any prospective customers I say: go see for yourself. You'll be glad you did.

We used Perfect Touch to decorate the Humber Royal for us on our Wedding Day. What an amazing job they did. From start to finish the were always very accommodating, even when we had to change the colour scheme after finalising everything. They offered advise during the planning that proved to be spot on when we arrived and saw the wonderful room they had created. They even came back twice during the day to move things around and they did this very discreetly and made these changes look just as wonderful as the first. We would definitely recommend Perfect Touch for all you event decorating needs and we would have no reservations about using them again. Thank you so much guy's !!

Well…where do we start with this review! Bethany was such a great help from the moment we met her, providing us with support and guidance before, during, and after our wedding. She’s incredibly kind and easy to deal with, and nothing was too much trouble. She clearly had a great relationship with the owners of our wedding venue, which meant the process was seamless and we always knew we were in good hands. Although Bethany was a great help in the lead up to the wedding, she particularly shone on our wedding day - she liaised with suppliers, coordinated guests, and thought of so many little things so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves. She and her team were on hand to make sure our drinks were topped up for example, which was so sweet as we were constantly being dragged away for photos! We are forever grateful for her help, and we wouldn’t have had the same experience without her. Thank you Bethany.

Bethany is great at planning weddings! Even heavily pregnant she was there for me at any time. She kicks you right into gear when you’re procrastinating on important jobs and bigs you up when you’re feeling stressed from all the planning. No question is too silly and she’ll help you and answer you as best as she can. Her team behind her are great and I really enjoyed spending my day with them. Everybody is organised right to the T and my wedding went SO smoothly with no hiccups, I put it down to the organisation of Bethany and that complex spreadsheet!! Would highly recommend to all my Bride friends!

Bethany is an absolutely wonderful planner and a genuinely lovely person. She made our wedding in Rutland run so smoothly and we couldn’t have done it without her. Highly recommend her as she is professional, knowledgable and so kind.
