I can highly recommend Rachel. She’s so patient with me and my puppy. I’m definitely the hardest one to train out of the two of us! Rachel is always there at the end of the phone if I need support. She helps me keep on track with training, even when I fall off the rails! Without Rachel I wouldn’t have the confidence to be consistent with my puppy. Her knowledge of doggies and what is best for them is extensive, I definitely feel in good hands with her to help me through this fun and sometimes daunting task of being a fur baby mummy! Thanks so much Rach.

WOW! Rachel is definitely the dog whisperer! From thinking frankie was untrainable or able to be good at all on walks to how he was engaging and listening all within 15 minutes was absolutely incredible ! I am so thankful.

I recommend in the dog house training 100%. Rachel is a dog whisperer. She has helped train our border collie in a way I thought was impossible. . You would be mad to use anyone else.

Clare is absolutely fantastic, we would be lost without her! So many lightbulb moments when talking through our problems and she explains what we are doing and how it is actually rewarding the unwanted behaviour! If I could I’d have her with us every day I would, she’s so patient and encouraging, doesn’t make you feel stupid when you’re doing something wrong and tells you when you’ve nailed it! We did the puppy class 1-2-1 and are now having a second round of 1-2-1 working on recall and it’s worth every penny. Don’t struggle alone, contact Clare, you and your pup won’t regret it!

Highly recommend the puppy foundation course with Clare, it’s been fantastic. She was amazing with all the puppies. The class had a mixture of ages and confidence levels and she was so considerate of our nervous rescue dog the whole way through. Thank you Clare!

Pupstars Puppy course has been amazing. Ruby has really enjoyed it and we have learned so much. I would highly recommend it. Clare is very patient and knows exactly how to get the best out of your Puppy.

Chris is responsive, knowledgeable and so so patient. Walks with Reggie have gone from being filled with anxiety to fun and peaceful. Reggie is so focused and engaged on me that we now not only walk but we trust that each other knows what the other one needs. Reggie is getting so much from our walks and I feel confident in him and myself. Follow up care is also amazing, check ins and answers to queries. Highly recommend.

My 2 year old very nervous crossbreed,reyna. constant barking at everyone who passed the window or knocked the door. After 2 hours totally different dog, happier, more confident, not afraid of her own shadow. Our grandchildren now enjoy their time with her. Teaching her new tricks and enjoying her company. And she does not spend most of her time in her cage when the children visit. Fantastic, would recommend 100%.

Ruff start dog training has helped me too know end Chris is just awesome he has gone above and beyond I really recommend them with all your dog problems and worries they have put my mind at rest completely Thanks to Chris and all involved with Ruff start.
