There aren't enough stars that equal the results our dog Amber got from the advise and instruction of Andy Hale. We moved from a rural to an urban area and Amber seemed to really suffer separation anxiety, impulse control, i.e. barking, pulling, not responding to commands, and she chased after cars but was afraid of confidant dogs. She became so anxious she lost fur from her haunches. My husband and I were not on the same page and our poor dog had to cope with mixed messages from us. Now it is such a pleasure having a happy and well behaved dog. We do not hesitate to take her anywhere. Neither of us had ever consulted a trainer before, but after our experience with Andy the bar has been set pretty high.

We have 3 lovely, mad labradors but sadly experience some difficulties with two of them who started to have some nasty fights with each other. Andy helped us to understand our dogs, their behaviour and their individual needs with a very calm and professional approach. He explains everything easy to understand and to put into practice . Andy is always happy to help at the other end of the phone if we need his advice . His knowledge and expertise about dogs is outstanding. When he is visiting us for a training session , it is like having a friend over for a cup of tea! We couldn’t have a better Dog behaviourist. Thank you Andy !

Andy is an extremely insightful, intelligent, experienced behaviourist who helped us restore our border collie to her fun-filled former self, and gave us essential tips for helping our dog in the long-term. Absolute pleasure when dealing with Donna, she helped me to understand my dogs (Mac) body language whilst out on his walks, he is a very nervous and anxious dog, I can now help Mac more when realising he’s not comfortable around certain situations.
