Annika has been a fabulous puppy trainer and puppy class teacher. She has really helped us train our new puppy, to the point that she now comes to work with us. Puppy classes were such fun and included the whole family. They helped us integrate Pippa with other dogs, learnt new skills to keep Pippa's attention, stimulate her brain, new exercises and tricks to keep dog walks fun for us and the dog. The recall training was brilliant and would recommend it to anyone with a dog. Fills you with confidence that your new pup will come back, and she does, every time! Thank you Annika.

Puppy training with Annika was a positive experience. The classes were full of practical advice and guidance. We enjoyed meeting other puppies and the interaction. I arrived with my rescued 12 month old German Shepard that needed training and socialising. I was concerned to see that it So much larger than the other dogs. However from day one everything was under control, no issues no problems. So I could relax, so did my dog. In the class we covered everything you could think of and more, the only problem, finding enough time to practice everything. I would recommend Annika’s class to anyone.

We leave our one year old dog with Pete and Kate when we're away, and we couldn't be happier with them and Pet Professionals. We couldn't picture our dog at a kennels, and this really is a home from home for him - he knows where he's going when we drive there, and can't wait to get back to his second home. We get regular updates when we're away, and completely trust them to look after our dog just as we would. We have also left him with Anneka when we were on holiday, and she was also excellent - we came home to a very happy pup! Highly recommend.

Chrissy from Pet Professionals, walked our Labradoodle whilst we were on holiday. The photographs and updates were fantastic for peace of mind and our dog was clearly having a wonderful time! Chrissy was friendly, informative and provided clear and helpful communication. She clearly loves dogs and dogs love her too. Our dog certainly did! Nina has been wonderful and non judgemental. She gave me very good advice and is extremely knowledgable . I adopted a Romanian rescue pup but she’s always been quite reactive towards other dogs due to fear. It was so good to have a behavioural session with Nina because she understood my concerns and the triggers. Most importantly relatable as she also owns a reactive dog too .Since the session I’ve been working on heel work to distract her from triggers. We both agreed it was going to be a long journey , but a very rewarding one. I’m determined to help her cope better around dogs and I have taken everything from the behaviour session on board . I highly recommend Nina if you are struggling with your dog’s behaviour .

Nina is a fantastic behaviourist, Trainer and all round wonderful person. I had never had a behaviourist before so didn’t know what to expect, Nina has helped me so much with the training of my dogs helped me manage one of my dogs reactivity levels and brought pleasure back into my walks and life with my pups. I feel more confident, comfortable and able to manage and work on things and have seen incredible improvements since working with Nina. I am so grateful for your support, guidance and continued work with me and my beasts.

Nina is amazing. i had brought a dog off line and when i got her home and she settled in i realized that she needed a lot of training and work as she was nippy hated men and children, she had barely been trained. i came across Nina ( black and white dog training ) i had told her the issues i was facing with Narla ( my dog ) and she helped not only myself but Narla as well. 6 months ago i was thinking i would have to rehome Narla but now i can have the kids around without any issues, shes a lot more well behaved and hasnt nipped anyone in months. honestly so thankful to Nina for helping me turn Narlas life around and finally getting her where she should be. 10 out 0f 10 would recommend
