I work in textiles myself but wasn’t sure how to treat a vintage Ralph Lauren Suit jacket with suede details on the sleeves that had gone mouldy in places. The lady at Willows was super lovely and helpful and even though I had other items to give her to dry clean, she told me how to wash them at home to save myself some money, which was very honest. She was very careful with the suit jacket, called me up to update and trated the suede with some conditioner. The suit came back perfectly and like new! When I heard how cheap it was, I couldn’t believe it. Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely come back!

Angela is amazing. I called her up to ask about my parka coat which had a 'W' which is a specialist cleaning process. She took on my coat and read all of the materials on the label to reassure me it can be washed (but at my risk). She also sorted out a missing zip pulley and resprayed my coat with water repellent inclusive of the cost. She only works by herself so do make some time to have a chat with her if she's not busy.

Thank you to the lady in Willows. I needed my suit dry cleaned for a family funeral back in Ireland which often happen the next day and she dealt with it straight away with kindness at an upsetting time and told me there was no charge. Her empathy and humanity was greatly appreciated.

I have an air b&b in the area local to The Ironing Board. I called them as I had a back log of bedding, the lady on the phone was really polite, helpful and accommodating around the dates and times I was able to be at the property. I had all my laundry collected, washed dried and pressed ready for next use ans delivered back to me with no issues. And there was a lot! I am super impressed with this service. The staff were all polite, the bedding is cleaned and pressed to top quality standard and considering all businesses are suffering in the current crisis I thought it was a great price for a great service which is so helpful for myself. I highly recommend them and I now take all my personal laundry here when I can and recommend my guests do too.

Amazing service, great prices, very nice and professional staff. Highly recommended. I had white curtains which hadn’t been washed for years and had many stains on them. I couldn’t realise my curtains for the first instance after they were cleaned. They were very well washed, ironed, folded carefully and placed into clear bags.Looked as if they were brand new.

This dry cleaner is the best I have used in Aylesbury. Staff are the sweetest and the most attentive. They always remember my name and what I have dropped even when I don’t and always deliver the most caring service and professional ever.
