I took my husbands suit here to get dry cleaned ready for a wedding. Very accommodating, and understanding, even when we made the mistake of leaving it too late to pick up the suit on time. Lovely customer service and affordable. We will be returning.

So far so good, there were a few glitches such as the 25% discount didnt get processed in the online form, however when I notified them by email, the lovely Nomi refunded my charge, and then charged me the discount rate for first delivery. The App for collection is great, you see the delivery person move along in his van, so I was able to meet him at the door. Now waiting for the delivery of my Laundry. Im a very happy Camper. These people truly care, and the other staff members Ive written to Sarah and Jessica, to ask questions were all very helpful. Im utterly delighted thus far. Ill post a review to say how the washing is. Im very happy thus far.

I have been a customer of Love2Laundry for some years now. I wanted a reliable laundry service for my bedlinen whereby I could specify the pick up and delivery slots. Love2 provides just that. My sheets and pillowcases are returned white and nicely ironed which is another saving of my time. Their customer service is polite and friendly and I am informed of every stage in the process from pick-up to delivery, even being able to track their drivers progress to my house. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I messed my order up but Sarah in customer services was very helpful and the delivery driver Murgan was really delightful -thanks.
