Following this, Marcus took over and he has been nothing short of a lifesaver! Personable, always available, kind and proactive. I've had a great experience of buying my first house. The process has been long, but that was not the fault of Harris and Wood. Marcus Jarman has communicated really well through the process. Leaders so far have been great. We've dealt with Simone, Chloe and Robert in the lettings team. They are now managing our 6 bed HMO, and we will be instructing them to manage our 8 bed HMO also. They have always replied to emails quickly, and returned calls quickly too. They have been very helpful and we look forward to seeing how the management of our first HMO with them goes over the coming months

A good experience finding a house to buy. I was accommodated at short notice to view a property on two occasions, and have been impressed by the professionalism and quality of communication from Lottie and Stephen during the offer and in the early stages of the buying process. I'm looking forward to a smooth and (hopefully!) swift completion.

Leaders Letting Estate Agents have been extremely accommodating. Needing a rental last minute they've done everything to ensure the process has ran smoothly and kept in co tact with me throughout it all. Chloe has been extreamly approachable even when I have called everyday! I would really recommend this letting agency to anyone.
