RB installations Ltd were recommended to me when i was looking get my door and windows replace , i gave them a call and the following evening they. turned up to measures up for my quote , bearing in mind it took over a week for another well known window company to get a price to me and a third that I'm still waiting for even though my windows and doors have all been fitted . Ryan's quote was with me in a couple of days and a very good price too,so i decided to go with them. The day before the installation i checked the weather forecast Monday 15th April rain all day ???????????. I contacted Ryan about this and to my surprise his response was not to worry we will still be there in the morning . The installation consisted of front and back door and 11 windows and was completed after two long day of work and at the end of each day everything was cleaned and swept up. The third day was spent fitting trim and sealing window and also an extra little job that Ryan fitted in for me a bit of guttering and facia around my porch . All the rubbish including my satellite dish which I asked them to take down while they was up the ladder was taken away and one final clear up . I know reviews are supposed to be short and to the point but i could’nt express what a good service this was in one paragraph. Had a bay and bedroom window replaced today. We were a bit anxious as to how they would look but we are very satisfied and they look fantastic. Ryan & Jamie are extremely professional and nice fellas. Their work is finished to a very high standard and we couldn’t be happier. I cannot thank everyone at Sehbac for a job well done. From the salesman Jim F to the 2 great fitters Dave and Jay to the surveyors Tony and Dylan, everyone has been amazing. Jim was very patient with us as we changed our minds over and over, the surveyors Tony and Dylan were very through and helpful and the 2 fitters onsite Dave and Jay were clean,polite and generally lovely to have around. Beside all that we are very happy with the windows and doors and would not hesitate to recommend this firm.
