We had the pleasure of having Victoria coming to our Dads bungalow for a valuation. After recently passing, Victoria was very caring and helpful with myself and two siblings. She went through different options that we could take and showed us similar properties for sale as our bungalow. Victoria even offered advice on other properties that my brother had. She has always gone the extra mile for both client and contractor and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for your rental needs.

Fantastic service from Konrad across the lettings process, always very responsive to all questions and queries, as were the whole Martin & Co, Crewe team. Darcy has been fantastic assisting with maintenance and finance queries once the tenancy has begun also! Many thanks all.

We have had a particularly difficult tenancy closure, and I have found the service from this firm exemplary. All staff involved have been very helpful, but Darcy has been especially good at resolving some tricky issues. Quality of service much appreciated.

So after deciding to build my portfolio I looked around for properties for sale. I found a property for sale with Leaders and arranged a viewing. Andrew was very professional in arranging this. Zoltan who showed us round was very helpful and informative. After our offer was accepted Andrew and Sue worked hard throughout the process and was always keeping me updated throughout the process. They were both very professional and a credit to leaders. Thank you to Andrew and Sue for all there help and will definitely use them again for our next purchase.

As a buyer rather than client I thought Leaders provided a great service. They are one of the few agents who take the trouble to include details like service charges and ground rents when preparing particulars of leasehold property. They were quick and efficient in answering questions. Sue Carter in particular was a diamond in progressing a difficult sale with her clients and their solicitor. She has earned a pay rise and large bonus on the basis of this transaction alone.

Through time have had numerous dealings with Jo Gordon as a property manager, she is always very professional and friendly. Very responsive and active and always quick to resolve anything that she is dealing with. Amazing member of the leaders team.
