Bridgfords Lettings have done a great job for me organising the refurbishment of my rental property in Sowerby, and quickly securing a new tenancy. Sarah Broadbent managed the process exceedingly well. She was very efficient and kept me fully updated as the project progressed. More than that, though, it was very clear that Sarah really cared about doing a professional job. She is approachable and entirely reliable, and I have no hesitation in recommending her and her Bridgfords team.

Recently dealt with Bridgfords to aid with a house purchase. Lee Johnson was our Mortgage & Protection Consultant he ran us through every step we'd need to take and made us really think about every aspect of buying a house. They were very efficient, reliable and helped with the purchase of a property, particular Matthew Corfield, Lettings Manager. He was very good at communication and helped with almost everything. Highly recommended.

I’ve recently used these guys to rent my house. It all went smooth and very fast. Very professional, I had Matthew Corfield as my estate agent and he was spot on. Great communication any time.

We would highly recommend the services of Dave Edkins and his son Freddie. We had a poor experience with another estate agent with a sale falling through at the last minute. We switched to using Dave and within 4 days of the house going back on the market we’d had several viewings and accepted an offer which was higher than the one we had before. Less than three months had passed when the whole process was completed. A highly professional service with good communication throughout.

We used Dave Edkins and Freddie to sell our house. They listened to what we wanted, produced a great advert and sold our house for full asking in less than a week. (Great negotiation skills) We were so pleased we recommended them to our friends and guess what they sold their house in less than a week for full asking price too Well done lads great work keep it up.

Freddie and Dave were fantastic from start to finish. Personable, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. They always gave great advice, were extremely helpful throughout, and kept us well-informed. We never had a shortage of viewings, and they managed to sell our house at asking price. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
