Matthew has been great from the initial viewing of the property up until completion. Really clear and prompt communication which seems to be rare comparing to other estate agents these days! I went through lots of different estate agents looking to buy a property and Chris Davies was definitely the best and most helpful. Nothing was any trouble for our advisor Matthew who was always happy to help!

My wife and I recently bought a house through Chris Davies and dealt with Matt Kingston. Matt and his team have restored our faith in estate agents (or at least have shown us what a great one looks like!) We are currently based abroad so needed some extra guidance but irrespective of time differences etc Matt was always responsive (really impressively so), followed up and moved things along, keeping us informed throughout.
