I called for an enquiry and potential appointment today related to a Right to Reside Trust written within my Deceased fathers will. I spoke with the solicitor Michael, very quickly and he provided simple sound advice within minutes. I was expecting to arrange an appointment but it was all done in 5 minutes. I may add when I did the same enquiry at Wards Solicitors whom wrote the Trust within the Will, it was 4 to 6 weeks to arrange an appointment with the Solicitor who did the Trust, to then cancel the week before, stating they can't advise and referred me to their trust department delaying me further weeks, then quoting an initial two hour appointment for a charge up to nearly £1000 inc VAT for a simple enquiry, just to speak with them. It just shows if you search around, you can find decent respectable solicitors that wont take financial advantage of you.
