Great quality food, both dining in and takeaway! A well looked after place and very hygienic aswell. The family and staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to look after their customers. A reminder to support our local business.

I’ve always really enjoyed the food here. Its always fresh and high quality fish. Today there was a problem with my order, they went above and beyond to fix it. Small things make a huge difference. Thanks guys, i’ll never order from anywhere else. You’re superstars.

Having requested the food to be here between a certain time, it arrived 10 - 20 earlier than requested. I called the restaurant and they rectified this with delivering new food at the time requested. Appreciate them sorting this out with no problem. Thoroughly enjoyable cod and chips which was fresh and tasty. Thank you. Will definitely be ordering from you again.

I got recommend to eat from here so I drove 25 mins. And it was totally worth it l. I had the ribs which fell off the bone and the your cod bites and chips dipped in curry sauce. WOW. thank you so much for the lovely food. And the staff were ever so friendly.

Best Chip Shop in Essex! Great crispy chips, Curry sauce on point, and the JD BBQ ribs & chicken is special.

The fish and chips are always excellent when I've had a takeaway from here. Fish cooked usually to order and portion is generous. Chips I will usually end up sharing on a large, as again, it's usually generous. Currently only taking cash at the counter.

I had to wait, but was happy to as the food is delicious, they were so kind and i was offered free ice-cream as the order took longer than expected. I just appreciated them cooking my food for me. Thank you so much for your service and ice cream but I didn't mind the wait.

We stumbled upon this branch of Fishn Chickn in Hutton whilst visiting our family and I can honestly say my Wife and I were amazed that places like this still exist. A nice clean looking shop, with happy and helpful staff. A nice variety of food to choose from and all expertly cooked. I would struggle to suggest better than this. A must if passing and many other branches if not.

Great chippy with some unusual items on menu. Some good lunchtime and OAP deals which negate the high cost of fish and chips these days. Can get busy especially early evenings, closes at 10pm.
