Very accommodating owner. Allowed me to take home several samples so that I could see them at the setting. Also was happy to take part cash part card for payment. Carpet fitter very nice too. Totally recommend and I'll be returning for future flooring

Very good service, we were able to bring samples home to check suitability, the estimator came as agreed and took the measurements. The price was good and the fitter was excellent. Overall the advice and expertise was first class a great job.

Excellent and friendly service from start to finish I’m very happy with the quality of carpet and vinyl I had fitted the fitters are professional and do a excellent job I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I visited with my sister to purchase a bedroom carpet. We quickly found a suitable end of roll at a very reasonable price. The salesperson was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Delivery was arranged and the carpet was delivered on time.

From Paul salesman to Mick the carpet fitter and his assistant wonderful service from all of them cant thank them enough fitting day so organised polite and cleaned up after themselves highly recommended

Went to buy a bed up stairs the girls on the desk were fantastic helping me decide the bed are high quality big thank you to you both surperb all round service

From my initial interactions with BFS to the after care, the service has been impeccable and second to none. Nothing is too much to ask and the outcome is just stunning. I'm honestly so, so happy with it. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and I have recommended BFS to everybody I know who needs flooring.

Quick update on the flooring fitted by Bartram over 18 months ago! Still looking and performing as it did when fitted! If your looking for a professional organisation with quality work you cannot beat this organisation.
