Paul has been extremely helpful with surveys and gave many useful advice on property purchase to me who is a first time buyer. The level 2 report I ordered was well written and help confirmed the condition and value of the property I was buying. Paul was very responsive with questions and has helped me on a potentially serious issue that I have found, days before completion, on a short notice. I highly recommend him and his company for surveys for homebuyers.
